Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 24 wings
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 12-ounce Franks Hot Sauce
  • Several dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
For Sauce:
  1. Add Frank's Hot Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and butter to a small pan.
  2. Cook over medium to low heat until butter has melted. About 2 minutes.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Set aside until using.
For the Chicken Wings:
  1. Preheat oven. 425 degrees F.
  2. Wrap baking sheet in foil paper.
  3. Pat the chicken wings with a paper towel.
  4. Brush the foil paper on the baking sheet with oil.
  5. Place chicken on the baking sheet.
  6. Salt the chicken.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Take out of the oven and brush with the sauce.
  9. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  10. Take out of the oven and turn the chicken wings.
  11. Brush with the sauce.
  12. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  13. Take out of the oven and toss in remaining sauce.
  14. Serve with bleu cheese dressing, celery, and carrots.
  15. Enjoy!
